2. Use of the service

JollysVenture provides a global business directory platform. You may use our service to discover businesses, submit listings, write reviews, and make enquiries. You agree not to misuse the service or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Business listings

When you submit a business listing, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to list the business. JollysVenture reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies or contain inaccurate information.

4. Reviews

Reviews must be based on genuine experiences. Fake reviews, incentivised reviews, or reviews that violate our community guidelines will be removed. JollysVenture is not responsible for the content of user-submitted reviews.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion in accordance with our refund policy. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual property

The JollysVenture platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by JollysVenture. Business owners retain ownership of their listing content and photos.

7. Limitation of liability

JollysVenture is a directory platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listed businesses. We facilitate connections between customers and businesses but are not a party to any transaction.
