After more than 20 years refining my skills in hospitality in different countries and with top chefs, I put my love for cooking together with my love for this country, and opened La Table du Château.
La Table du Château is a contemporary fine dining restaurant in the heart of Domaine de Labourdonnais and welcomes you to a wooded and modern atmosphere. The restaurant overlooks expansive lawns and beautiful trees complementing the overall lunch or dining experience. The menu is designed to reflect the Mauritian gastronomy with a touch of creativity and a specific emphasis on freshness and food provenance, using seasonal fruits and vegetables from the Orchard.
