This company quotes one price and charges 4 times as much when they arrive. They still spend only 30 minutes cleaning. They also demand instant transfer of funds before they will clean . If , like me , you have cleared all the spaces and need others to help you move furniture then it feels like you have little choice . They may turn up as M& M Maintenance or any of up to 21 other names . Don’t expect any assistance from the managers . Apparently the free stain removal listed above did not apply to me .
